Eileen Webb
about Eileen
I discovered my passion for sewing at the age of 12 and crafted most of my wardrobe throughout high school. As time passed, I found it challenging to tailor commercially patterned garments to fit my evolving body shape. This led me to embrace the art of making beyond traditional garment sewing.
Now, through my involvement with the Cosplay Pacific Northwest ASG chapter, I’m honing new sewing and alteration techniques to overcome those challenges. With these skills in hand, I’m excited to return to creating beautifully fitted garments once again.

Laurel Varner
about Laurel
My first exposure to sewing was when I was 8. My mother taught me the basics and turned me loose to choose the patterns and fabrics I would work with. She gave me the freedom to experiment which set me on the path to exploring new ideas.
Years later, when my daughter got seriously involved in dance, I started designing and constructing costumes. Add to that our shared interest in renaissance festivals, my costuming work continues to expand and evolve.
